Amendoeira Golf Resort (15 minutes) has two championship 18-hole courses designed by Nick Faldo and Christy O'Connor Jr. Ombria Resort (25 minutes) winds through cork oak forest and olive groves.
Beyond the Big Three
Quinta do Lago South (40 minutes) has hosted multiple Portuguese Opens. Vale do Lobo Royal is famous for the par-3 16th over dramatic red cliffs. Pine Cliffs (20 minutes) is a scenic 9-hole clifftop course. You could play a different course every day for a fortnight.
